KrogenFinder operates krogenfinder.net (the “Site”) and the KrogenFinder Mobile App (the “App”). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the Site and the App.
The Site is serves as an informational site only for the purpose of providing installation, use and settings instruction for the KrogenFinder App. There is no information gathered from Site visitors by KrogenFinder.
The App is provided to members of the Krogen Cruiser owners group free of charge. Its intended purpose is to provide users of the App an opportunity to share the location of their vessel with other members of the Krogen Cruisers group. Sharing of vessel location and other personal information requires specific user input and action. We use your Personal Information to provide the ascribed App function. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
Information Collection And Use
You will not be asked for personally identifiable information while using the Site.
While using the App, you may provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact, identify and share your vessel location. Personally identifiable information is limited to the information you enter when logging your vessel position and information you enter into the App Settings fields (“Personal Information”).
Log Data
We collect information that your iOS device sends to our database whenever you use the App (“Log Data”).
This Log Data may include information such as your name, phone number, blog/website link, the name and location of your vessel, the time and date of your vessel log and the number of times you log and/or retrieve information from our database. It may include the iOS version and device information as well.
Communications
We may use your Personal Information to contact you with App and Site related information and information specific to the Krogen Cruisers group.
Cookies
Cookies are files with small amount of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a web site and stored on your computer’s hard drive.
